On August 14 1999, seven Upsilonians gathered to share tears and laughter in the "Great Lakes State". The "pakulo" was sponsored by Pete "Droks" Reyes'55, on the occasion of his only son's wedding. Attending were Fred Uy'52, Pete Reyes'55, Eli "The Zurich Slasher" Ilano'57, Angie Fandialan'60, Flor Rojas'60, Rody Santiago'65 and Diggie Alvir'66.
We all had our share of laughter but the tears of joy were from Pete'55 who did a fine job as a single parent raising his son. Oh, the "Zurich Slasher" was not active at all in his task as keeper of the Swiss army knife. Overall, we had a grand time. Parang kahapon lamang !
