Did you know that the acknowledged father of Panagbenga or the Baguio Flower Festival is Atty. Damaso E. Bangaoet Jr. ‘59? Bangaoet suggested the idea of a Baguio Flower Festival to the Board of the John Hay Poro Point Development Corporation 14 years ago. Today, the success of the festival speaks for itself and the wonderful work Bangaoet has done for Baguio City.
