Biblical references just got hotter as the UP Junior Marketing Association and Astring-o-sol Ice Extreme, in cooperation with Upsilon Sigma Phi and Infinit, threw one of the wildest speed dating parties the Astring-O-Sol Inter-collegiate Event Mounting Competition has ever seen last October 3 at the A.Venue Events Hall, Makati City. UP JMA as the defending champion and leading finalist, came up with After Eden as its ground-breaking event concept made especially this year for Astring-o-sol.
Before embarking on their quest to find their Adams & Eves and reliving the original sin, guests gargled with Astring-O-Sol Ice Extreme to give them confidence soooo long lasting, people can’t get enough of them!
The bar of bountiful drinks was appropriately disguised under The Ancient Tree of Eden, the one believed to bear that sinful apple, right in the middle of JMA’s Eden. And all the sexy girls dancing on top of the bar as the drinks were being served nonstop just made the tree (and After Eden) extra sinful.
The incredible set, designed by Stage Movers, revolved around the Ancient Tree of Eden, with three specially-designed VIP lofts erected around it. There was the astounding 15-foot high DJ booth, manned by DJ Acid Burn & DJ Mike, in the center of the biggest twist to speed dating: The Lair of Adam and Eve.
Not only did speed daters have to mingle with their minute men and women, they had to weave in, out, around and about the labyrinth while completing exciting dating tasks. Going through this newest twist to speeding was no easy feat, so upon completing the Lair of Adam and Eve, each love seeker was given an instant access to the VIP lofts and was rewarded with After Eden’s very own chocolate treats and signature cocktail drink concocted with nothing less than Astring-o-sol by Booze Mobile Bar!
The larger-than-life Love Dice kept the inhabitants of Eden entertained while dancing to hip hop and R&B beats and downing Infinit, Antonov Vodka, Ginebra San Miguel, San Mig Strong Ice, and of course, the AFTER EDEN signature drink.
The contenders of Shake It to the Steps: The First-ever A-O-S Handshake Challenge also wowed the crowd with their 30-second routine of pure hand-shaking and body-bumping. The fever-pitch winners Lian Reyes and Malco Bernabe walked away with three thousand pesos for truly embodying the fresh confidence only the letters A, O, and S can give.
UP JMA, this time definitely stole the hearts of many as it took speed dating to new heights and sights because speed dating has never been this aMAZEing.
